UPDATE: The company contacted me immediately after I posted my first review. They said that not a single piece of plastic should have broken off and that the product must have been defective. They offered to replace the entire juicer. This company has great customer service and I will definitely buy from them again. For the price, you probably won't find a better juicer. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that on the second day of use a piece of plastic broke off the lid. Nothing bad happened and it still works great but this piece got caught in the blade. it would be bad. Otherwise it's a great juicer. It's really easy to use and if you wash the parts right away, cleaning is quick. Once I'm done juicing, I place all the pieces in a bowl of soapy water so nothing sticks. As soon as I have a few minutes to wash, everything comes immediately. I also put a plastic bag in the pulp container for easier cleaning. The blade is the only tricky part to clean, but the box comes with a really great brush, that helps a lot. Overall I would definitely recommend this juicer if you are looking for value for money. I've been using it almost every day since I've had it and have no complaints other than the plastic part breaking off.
