I wanted a shirt that would protect my skin from the sun on the beach. So it has a nice high collar and the length is long enough that it doesn't go past the waist of my bikini bottoms. I'm 5'1 and 115 pounds and I grew small. It may be a little tight for some people's comfort. But I wanted it to be firm so it wouldn't unravel. The colors are very beautiful! Be careful when choosing a color, pay attention to the number with it, the styles are slightly different and you can only tell by the #. I think mine was 23. 26 is a little looser and 21 was tighter and shorter.
