THIS shoulder speaker is the perfect accessory for my Baofeng portable radio. The sound quality is excellent, and it clips securely onto my shoulder allowing for hands-free communication. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can easily adjust the volume and hear clearly even in noisy environments.
