All necessary measurements taken. My 2 year old son is 40" tall, 22" waist, 23" chest and it barely fits him. I am also an experienced wetsuit wearer. I understand that people don't know how a wetsuit is supposed to fit but this is a bit extreme. My son has the lowest size range and barely fits. The worst part is the neck. Doesn't close all the way up. The velcro is long enough to keep it closed. However, it's not tight enough to cut off circulation , so I'll leave it at that. Tip: use the BOTTOM end of the size as a guide. Larger than that. Move on to the next size.
