Good but missing seals

Distributor appears to be of decent quality. But my bag of fasteners with screws and springs was open and the parts were everywhere. I also did NOT receive any of the pads shown in the picture. I bought a left hand manifold from Dorman and it came with gaskets so maybe mine was torn? A bit of a shame as I thought it would save $$ since I wouldn't have to buy the spacers separately.
