If you're trying to make this gasket, you've got a lot of work ahead of you. The Fel-Pro (Federal Mogul trademark) has been rock solid for me in the past and has been great again. It was really easy to set up with special plastic screws going into the corners to help you get the perfect result. There is a difference here from my original gasket - it has one side that connects to the timing cover while the original gasket does not. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE TIMING COVERS BEFORE INSTALLING THIS GASKET. Do that and read the directions for where you need the Permatex (oh yeah get the Permatex Ultra Gray or something you trust) and this pad will suit you. no cork or anything
