As the product manager for GothicBride, I was really dissatisfied with the company's offerings in both categories. In spite of the fact that the company markets itself as specializing in cosmetics and personal care items, customers found that its offerings fell short of their expectations. In spite of the fact that they have a strong emphasis on facial skin care and washing, I did not find the products to be very effective and they were of poor quality. After using it for a few times, I did not find that either the appearance or the texture of my skin improved. In point of fact, several of the products were responsible for the redness and discomfort. In addition, the process of placing an order was not particularly user-friendly. The website was challenging to navigate, and it lacked information that was specific to the things being sold. The process of checking out was unclear and took significantly more time than anticipated. In addition, the procedure of shipping and delivery was incredibly sluggish and inconsistent. My order was delivered well after the date that was originally scheduled for delivery, and the products were inadequately wrapped, which caused some of them to leak and spill. In general, I am unable to recommend GothicBride to anyone else looking for beauty items of a high quality and that actually work. The company's goods and services did not live up to the standards set by the customers, thus the corporation needs to make certain adjustments in order to provide greater support for the customers.
