Works great, saves time.
I bought this hole punch to make Christmas tree decorations for a fundraiser at our church. We do this every year and hand cut the round decorations. If you remove the plastic cover at the bottom, you can align the paper and cut exactly where you want. It saved a lot of time and looked prettier than the simple circles we've had in the past.
