Okay, let me start by saying I'm not a big fan of cutlery. I'm not the kind of person who thinks they need a separate salad fork and dinner fork. I don't even know what half the small serving items are. WHAT'S SAID PRO:+ Absolutely beautiful. The finish is glossy all over. The image looks like the pen is matte, but it isn't. + SHARPNESS! Be careful when opening knives. They don't joke about it. One wrong move and the finger will burst.+ Inexpensive. The previous cutlery sets I've bought were the standard cheap big store sets. They are way better for the same price. + Weighty. They don't feel cheap at all. They have weight - in my opinion they are not too heavy and not too light. Minuses: + plastic. The amount of plastic they came with is INCREDIBLE. Everyone. Lonely. One piece. Was wrapped in plastic. Upon unpacking, I received what can only be described as a small mountain of plastic. If you hate waste, this will inevitably bother you. If you hate the environment, get ready to party. As I said before, I'm new to fine dining. Maybe this is normal, but it really seemed that the soupspoon was unusually large compared to the tablespoon, and the salad fork was much smaller than the tablespoons. to the point where I'm not even sure I'm going to use salad forks. Is that a deal breaker? Not for me. Banana for the scales in the photo. They have survived a dishwasher cycle without noticeable wear. Please note that I use a dishwasher with a drawer, which probably protects a bit better when washing.
