For many years I have used small backpacks instead of handbags. I feel safer not putting my purse in a shopping cart. be too heavy or bulky. I love that I don't have to struggle with my purse when I go shopping or going from store to store. The pockets on each side are so good I always know where my phone is. I don't carry a laptop with me but do take room for my iPad and it's perfect. I love the adjustable straps. It's easy to clean, so if something gets on it, it's not permanent.
