I have an 04 Maxima and they definitely don't make aftermarket aluminum radiator fan brackets. However, I took the specs from the Mishimoto website to compare my radiator to the 350z, which is essentially the same engine but has a different location in the engine bay. So I took an aluminum 350z radiator bracket, cut off the original tabs and used this Hy-Poxy H-450 to put the tabs back in place. suitable for the attachment points of my 04 Maxima. I used scraps of cardboard and takeaway chopsticks to mix the two pieces together and surprisingly they spread very easily. Not too runny and not hard where it is difficult to spread. I had to leave it overnight to fully heal and the next morning when I removed the staples it was rock hard. Top Tips: Be sure to wipe down the area with ISO alcohol before applying. Sanding the aluminum with a stiff wire brush or coarse sandpaper will help with bonding. If you also use wax paper for the project you are working on, this will help prevent it from sticking to your work area. I chose this option as I was trying to use aluminum soldering rods with a digital heat gun and MAP gas and things quickly went downhill once I got the parts to 700 degrees.
