Five stars for this grinder! High quality stainless steel, easy to assemble and manoeuvre, and very easy to clean. I was worried it would be difficult to balance on a 5 gallon bucket, but it lay flat on it and while one person held it the other ground apples. Very easy to use. This has enabled us to cut in half the time we normally spend making our own cider each year. Instead of chopping all those apples into small pieces and chopping them up with a single-blade meat grinder, we just halved the apples and tossed them in to shred. It almost became an assembly line event as the apples quickly began dripping juice, even from the coffee grinder. We had to act quickly to get them into the real press so as not to miss any of the delicious ciders.
