The resulting apple pulp was made of probably average 1/4" bits of apple, It is juiced easily without getting pulp into the cider. Does what it's supposed to do

This worked well for turning apples into apple pulp for cider production. It can handle small apples whole, but works better if the apples are halved. The instructions/warnings are so bad it's almost funny. Luckily, the assembly is obvious. You will need wrenches to attach the bin to the base (with odd metal grommets) and to install the wheel on the drive handle. The outlet in this model is through the floor, so you will need to place the unit over a bucket or table/surface with a hole. It's a…

Good quality, easy to use and save time.

Five stars for this grinder! High quality stainless steel, easy to assemble and manoeuvre, and very easy to clean. I was worried it would be difficult to balance on a 5 gallon bucket, but it lay flat on it and while one person held it the other ground apples. Very easy to use. This has enabled us to cut in half the time we normally spend making our own cider each year. Instead of chopping all those apples into small pieces and chopping them up with a single-blade meat grinder, we just halved…

It's a bit fiddly to set up properly, but it does a decent job once you put it there.

The funnel is easy to assemble but requires spatial thinking. It seemed like it was falling apart because the bolts and nuts were so flimsy and flimsy. I used Loctite glue on the screws and it was stable. The mill works quite well. The fruit of the right size gets stuck in it, and the teeth simply cut a gap and continue to rotate in the same gap. A better coffee grinder would have spur teeth on each wheel, which would increase the chances of slinging stuck fruit hard enough to grind. Instead…
