Easy to use interface which can be used by anyone with little technical knowledge - I would like more advanced features such as NLP capabilities etc but not too expensive so that it is accessible to all customers/clients /users. The platform works well in most scenarios although there may occasionally be issues when using certain API's (such as Facebook).
