Great little printer so far but after two prints the bed is already destroyed

Failed to load media. The Kingroon KP3S has a decent amount of features for the money and prints very well. Just be aware that you may have to buy cheap defective parts. In my case it is a flexible bed and a fan. After two prints my bed was destroyed by simply removing parts of it. I was actually expecting that since the bed looked very cheap. At least mine. The only other complaint I have is that one of the fans makes a very loud annoying noise that could be heard throughout my house. I believe this is a fan parts fan but I need to do some research. In any case, this is another part that I have to pay out of my own pocket. I tried to find support contact information on the manufacturer's website, but the page was blank. I also tried getting information from Revain support but they only offered to replace the entire printer which seems stupid and wasteful for two simple components. To sum up: - Great little printer, especially for beginners, but also great for people like me who have been printing for years but wanted to play with something small while my other machines print orders. Expect parts that are either broken or broke shortly after purchase to need repairs, in my case the fan and the flex platform (I'll only be buying a Prusa Mini bed) - No support I get from the manufacturer or through his own website or through Revain support. I hate to give this little guy such a low score, but I have a feeling that when you buy a 3D printer you at least get to interact with the manufacturer's support team. If I get some support I'll be happy to update this review.
