Great for my big greyhound!

I call this Hawkeye "Hurricane Tent" and we use it as a portable home in case we need to evacuate to a hotel or other location. Remember Hawkeye is VERY used to spending time in the kennel as he did when he was working the circuit and we have continued this practice (at night) since he has been with me (4+ years). He is happy to have his own "space" and often goes there when he wants some privacy. He weighs about 78 pounds; I won't tell you my weight but I'm 5ft 7in and we can both fit in there comfortably. (48x31x31). There's plenty of room for him to stand up, turn around, etc. There's also a fleece on the bottom so he doesn't have to lie on a hard floor. I'm HAPPY to say that it's EASY to put together and take apart and it EASILY fits in a tote bag and it's light enough that I can easily carry it around. Hooray! I wouldn't recommend this for a pup or a dog who isn't used to being "locked up" as I can see them taking it apart fairly easily. "Windows" are good, but the interior is darker than an open metal cage. So if your dog likes a lot of light or likes to see what's going on around them etc. this might not be the best solution. A violent pet might be at home, but this is just the thing to serve as a 'containment zone' for hotel and hideout requirements. put it in a nice case and off you go! Love it! Thank you for solving my evacuation problem!
