Not happy with this product
This product was not at all what they advertised. The screws keep popping out and the seat won't adjust. One of the wheels doesn't fit and keeps popping out. I have had the same computer chair for over 8 years and it is in better condition than this product. The return policy they send is questionable as they know the product is of poor quality. The company contacted me about returning the item and sent me a shipping label from UPS. However, this requires me to take the chair to the nearest UPS. I paid for shipping to have UPS deliver it to my home. The shipping label sent to me requires that I pay extra for UPS to collect the item. I believe this company should pay for UPS to come to my house and collect this item. As a person with a disability, I cannot bring this heavy item to UPS.
