The best option for removing JACKS. Used on a Chevy 350.
I've been using wet bread, wet paper and grease to knock out bushings with a hammer and nut for over 20 years. This method creates a huge mess and is time consuming. It saved a life! I had a 350 Small Block Chevy Hub in less than a minute. This will not work with a ball bearing or needle bearing. For solid JACKS there is no better or easier option.
