In my laundry room, one of these was directly under a pipe that was dripping condensation (so the pipe is dripping directly onto this block) and said there was a small puddle around it Condensation forms now. ZERO water sucked in. It looks like the water that dripped directly onto the device ended up underneath (on my floor, not the collection area).
