This is a beautiful phone. The materials are cheap, and if you plan to spend LOTS of days getting it to work, OBi phones are ok. I had an OBi 2182 and have had several OBi 100 and 200. Threw it away 4 days after delivery and will never buy another product from them. - DNS problem - Firmware problem - Don't waste time trying to get Google Voice working - There is no support Polycom (OBIHAI) Deliver a product that the end user can use. Look at what Apple, Google, Ecobee and many others have done and compare it to your 1990s technology. The end user should never do not buy this phone. It's a shame, I liked my 2182 until the middle dial stuck, made cheaply, forced me to plug it in and turned the phone into paper pulp.
