i use this to cleanse my face and my skin looks much clearer. I used to use the Cerave Cleanser which is known for its gentleness. It was gentle but I have pretty dry skin. It was so helpful. My skin is smoother with fewer dry patches and breakouts. I use it every day and don't use my regular cleanser, but this approach isn't for everyone. If you have a mix of dry and oily skin, you can use both an oil and a regular cleanser.
