Exactly as described. My 10 year old son has braces. I didn't want to spend $300 on custom protection, so our orthodontist suggested this. He says it's comfortable and doesn't bother him when wearing it. He has worn many guards over the years and this one seems to be his favourite. I like that it protects his bottom and top teeth. I was skeptical at first but when I opened the package we found that the material of the product is soft. In the packaging it looked hard and chewy. I was surprised it didn't need a custom fit, but once I felt the material I understood why. He put it in his mouth and it fit perfectly. And he can't even bite through. Highly recommended!
