The PS button doesn't work so the controller can't be turned on remotely, you have to plug the charging cable into the set top box and wait for the lights to come on, which is not optimal. Other issues I had with this particular controller were that the buttons need to be pressed harder than branded controllers for them to activate and sometimes it doesn't even work.
