Review on Stratos I7 9700K GeForce Windows Computer by Tim Blandin

Overall this was an amazing PC. It handles everything I do beautifully and smoothly. The only problem I had was that I couldn't figure out how to control the RGB fan. The customer service I received when asking for help was absolutely amazing. I'm a little behind on my technical skills and this guy was incredibly patient with me and very professional. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! I never figured out the RGB issue, but that's on me. It doesn't really matter to me and doesn't interfere with the computer in any way, so I decided to leave it as it is. However, the support guy was more than willing to keep giving me options and suggestions to try and said we could figure it out with a little work. There are no words to express how grateful I am that the support agent is willing to put so much effort into their job!
