Doesn’t crank like shoe stretcher’s are supposed to. It doesn’t come with directions on how to use. From how I tried to insert it to get it to stretch, you basically have to shove it in the shoe as far as it would go. But then you’re left with space behind it that makes it loosen making it harder to stretch back. Weirdest design I’ve ever seen. Waste of money. I’ll be returning it.
