I like that it's easy for me as an administrator to see what my writers are working on at any time. It also helps with keeping track of who has submitted work so far, and how many more people need to submit before we can publish their next piece. The interface could be improved - some things seem difficult to navigate (like the "My Work" page) and there isn't much guidance about where to put new features into the system. We use this tool primarily for our monthly newsletters, but have used it for other pieces too. It gives us great visibility into what our writers are doing at any given moment, and lets them know when they're close to being done with a project.
