This was a good CD player for listening to audio books (not music). It worked great for 157 days and then the CD player started shutting down in the middle of a chapter. I checked that the CD is clean and tried it in other CD players where it worked fine. I contacted Revain and was told it was being sold by a marketplace seller and I should contact H2 Brand Group. I emailed them through Revain and received a response within 24 hours. They told me to contact Craig Electronics and I tried calling Craig Electronics customer service (didn't). I sat on the line for about 10 minutes, after which I got disconnected. I tried again and shut down after about 10 minutes. I decided to email them with the details of the problem. I asked her to contact me. I haven't heard from them for three days and tried to email them again. I also contacted Revain and the H2 Brand Group for their help with this issue. It's been a week since I contacted Craig Electronics and I still haven't heard from anyone from their company. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ANYONE WHO SELLS ANYTHING AFFILIATED WITH CRAIG ELECTRONICS - THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY!
