I like everything about this system! It is very user friendly for any size business or organization. There are many different levels within each job category making it easy to find exactly what you need without having too much choice out there at once (in other words not overwhelming). The reporting features can be confusing if you don't know how they work but that's true with most computer programs so really no complaints here either way. This program has been used by our entire staff over several years now including all supervisors and managers who use it daily along side their regular employee files.
