Review on PressPlus by Joshua Coulter
Great tool for staff and students alike
I like that this was designed very specifically with our needs in mind - we have lots of different departments within my campus (including student affairs), so having something one-stop shop where they can access all their information at once has been really helpful! The interface could definitely improve though; some things are too hard/frustratingly time consuming to navigate through without error when there's more than 1 person working from home due to COVID restrictions. We've realized how much easier managing multiple people who work remotely would make life as well as being able to quickly reference important documents & updates via email if needed while maintaining social distancing guidelines during these difficult times.
Pros
- Allows for an easy way keep track employees' records, hours worked throughout shifts.
- This also means users do not need expensive hardware equipment necessary just "to log onto"
- Quickest implementation outlining steps taken by staff member upon clocking into shift which makes reporting accurate data simple enough but quick processing possible
