1. Replacement parts are NOT available in the US including a retractable bag cutter - 1 extra part of the machine but only lasted 2 months before becoming blunt broken. I have contacted the seller through Revain but they do not trade or sell replacement parts.2. Does NOT come with a plastic vacuum tray to contain overflow from wet food. In several videos from suppliers and influencers, the gray palette is clearly shown as a necessary part of the machine. I contacted the seller and received another machine - again without a tray! 3. This machine is very delicate due to the way the bag is clamped. If they are not perfectly aligned with the gaskets, the vacuum process will NOT work. This problem can be common to all vacuum sealers of this type.
