Great lamps that start to fail under certain conditions

About 2.5 years ago I installed about 15 of these lamps, some with dimmers, some not. I was very happy with the lights, the lighting is bright, stable and the color temperature matches perfectly between sets. Recently, some lamps that are not dimmable have failed. They start blinking briefly and over time they just keep blinking. I have experience with electronics so I decided to take a look. Unfortunately the driver board is flooded (coated with resin) and therefore cannot be inspected or repaired if necessary. It seems to me that the SMD LEDs themselves burn out. The LEDs are connected in series. If one of them fails, it will cause all the LEDs to fail afterwards (an old-school Christmas light effect). I am assuming the LEDs are poorly rated or very poor quality. As I mentioned earlier, only the lamps connected to the switch will fail. Dimmer controlled lamps are fine as the LEDs are only driven at % of their rated power (assuming you keep the lamps dimmed). I was able to temporarily fix one by removing the bad LED, but this reduces the power output as all subsequent LEDs will not be powered unless you wire the pads together. Eventually the other LEDs in the lamp started failing and I gave up trying to fix it. This is a component quality issue. This is to be expected given the price. It's an old adage, you get what you pay for. If you want to use these lamps in low light. Highly recommended. If you plan to use them at 100% brightness, keep that in mind
