I am vegan. I ordered this because the list has the word "vegan" in it and the ingredient list appears to be vegan. I am concerned, as shown in my picture, that the nutritional information includes 5g of cholesterol on otherwise good numbers. The ONLY dietary source of cholesterol is of animal origin - a quick search will confirm this, but I don't want to cite the American Heart Association or any other sources for fear the report will go unpublished. So either the vegan declaration or the ingredient list is wrong, or the nutritional information is wrong - or one of them is significant enough to prevent me from actually using the product. Perhaps the manufacturer can respond with an explanation.
