Review on 💻 ASRock Z490M-ITX/ac: A High-Performance Motherboard for 10th Gen Intel® Core™ Processors (Socket 1200) by Janis Cerins ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best product I have ever reviewed, I recommend it to everyone!

In general, from the use of this motherboard positive emotions. Great for processors without the K index to use in stock. The power supply is not the worst, although 5 phases per processor, but on DrMOS Vishay SiC654. High quality Nichicon 12K capacitors. The memory drives well, the Crucial Ballistix BL2K8G36C16U4WL kit works without problems both on XMP and in overclocking. I am attaching screenshots of Aida especially for comrade Vagan, who "did not receive support for new ballistics" and "decided to make a trick".

Pros
  • 1. The most affordable Mini-ITX motherboard on the Z490. 2. Two M.2 slots in the front, convenient to change. 3. Clear and simple bios. 4. Not the most sky sound (ALC1200). 5. Wi-Fi module is cheap, but works flawlessly. 6. No problem drives memory. 7. In general, decent workmanship.
Cons
  • 1. The location of the M.2 slots is both a plus and a minus. With this arrangement, it is convenient to install or change SSDs, but since SSDs are located above the chipset heatsink, they receive additional heating. 2. A shared heatsink for M.2 drives is not a good idea (installing two separate heatsinks for each SSD partially solved the heating problem).
