Review on 🤖 Lefant T800 Robot Vacuum Cleaner: Powerful 2000Pa Suction, Alexa Compatible, Perfect for Pet Hair, Hard Floors & Carpets by Sophia Espinoza

Please note that the item description clearly states that this item has a 12 month warranty. I also bought FOUR units of Lefant; 2 of the T800 models (which are the subject of this review) and 2 of the M201 models and each have 5 star reviews as well as posted on YouTube. The M201s still rock, but one of the T800s stops working in the first month. It tries to follow the cleaning routine I set up, but stops just a few feet away. I looked at the error signal it gives and found that nothing is interfering with the roller. I clean all my vacuums weekly and nothing gets stuck in the roller. The error persists even when the video is filmed. Now I understand that sometimes cars have problems and if the seller honors the warranty, they can still consider me a happy buyer. I've been trying to solve this problem for almost a month. All they do is ask for the videos I have and offer to replace the roller brush. It makes absolutely no sense to me because the roller brush is the "stupid" piece of the puzzle. It does what it does only when A) it's clear what it is, and 2) the "smart" part of the vacuum rotates the body it's in. Because the error persists when the video is removed (the requested test, I am the video) which reinforces the idea that this is not a video. I had this with their support department. This is an exceptional robot vacuum with more power than most at a great price. I have a shedding labrador and 3 cats. The Lefant T800 is supposed to clean the house facade every night at 3 a.m. The Hazel is very quiet and easily handles the carpet and thresholds in my living room. I also have a Lefant M201 that works the day shift cleaning the back of the house while I work from home. "Rosie" is a little louder than Hazel, but not so loud that you can't make a phone call. Now I don't have small shaggy steppe runners and beautiful floors. Everyone. Day. Oh yeah. The money was also in the bank. 😊
