My new phone is broken
Didn't protect the back of my phone from breaking. My phone was in my jacket pocket and I was leaning over to pick something up off the floor of the car when my phone slipped out of my pocket and fell into the driveway. I didn't even flinch, it was such a short distance and it didn't feel like a hard fall. Very shocked to see the tears on the back. I have trusted this brand for a long time and was very disappointed!
