THIS BAG IS VERY COMFORTABLE! Back cushions like in bed! Very roomy and light, just what I was looking for. I previously had a Chrome Barage backpack and it was too heavy for my crippled back. I wanted to find something similar with water bottle pockets. I also wanted a coupe for lunch when I commute to work or bike around campus. I didn't want to carry a separate bag for him and didn't want to risk not having a separate grocery compartment. I found a bag with a shoe compartment (I didn't know that existed) but it didn't have a compartment for a water bottle. So I kept looking until I found this gem! I wish I found this in front of my $180 Chrome bag. It's super cheap and super cool! I really like Chrome's water resistance, but I can achieve this by spraying it with a water-repellent fabric spray ($5). A special feature of the shoe compartment is that it shares space with the main compartment. So when you put something in the shoe compartment, you need to lift the top to put something in the shoe compartment. I would like hard padding between the main compartment and the shoe compartment. But I will probably make it myself in the future!
