It still works but my work light glass is fogging up and now has a kind of liquid condensation on it that doesn't go away no matter how long I've been off and after on few minutes the glass fogs up. I turned it on with the glass off and it gives off a weird oily smell and I can see little wisps of smoke in front of the light when looking at it from the side. It still works, but I don't think it will last very long. up to now you had to drive without glass at the front, otherwise it will fog up and condensate will form on the inside. Edit: It stinks so much. Now the whole room smells like chemicals! Even with the minimum dimming setting, that doesn't help much, it still smells bad
