Do not purchase this product if you do not want the speaker to point straight down. The product is advertised as tilting and rotating by tightening the side screw, after which it is fixed and cannot be adjusted. That wasn't the case with us. After setting the angle and tightening it as much as possible, we let go and the weight of the speaker pulls it straight down. The teeth on the bracket are too small and just slip. Not sure if they would be installed, we removed them and immediately returned the order.
