The Jeppesen PJ-1 azimuth rotary plotter is simply the best aircraft plotter in production. Unlike a traditional [non-rotating] plotter, this plotter is designed to allow the user to rotate the azimuth, allowing for magnetic heading or true heading measurements. In addition, this plotter includes scales for cut, terminal and WAC charts. Another plus is that the plastic the PJ-1 is made of is thick and its edges are smooth; I've left this plotter in the sun many times and it still hasn't shown any signs of warping.
