Customer service was great and it looks and feels great but after 3 days, only 5 hours of riding and barely touching the wheel the thread snapped and started to loosen although I a pick used to pull each stitch as tight as I could before tying them into a knot where they met when the stitch was finished. I only did the single stitch method. Luckily it comes with 3 needles and 3 sets of thread, it sucks to do it again but I'll try to figure out how to fix it with cross stitches. I think it's a coincidence. This is a great product. It might be worth the time if you get one of these double stitches or cross stitches (X) instead of following the single stitch instructions. There are many options on YouTube! I can buy leather thread or use what tanners use to sew leather. Of course you can also use a stronger thread. The yarn supplied is a decent but not very strong yarn used for belts, purses etc. Really crap, I have to sew it again!
