I sewed with a "baseball" as per the instructions and it is a much nicer stitch. This was the third one I've bought and installed and it's by far the best for using baseball sticks. Great case, I bought 0.8 tiger yarn to lace it up as I wanted purple lacing, no wonder that's not an option. especially around the spokes and it took me about 3 hours to complete the installation. I turned on Netflix on my phone and took my time, actually found it quite relaxing! I didn't need gloves or anything to keep the thread from cutting my fingers, but I did add a bandage on one finger to help grab the needle to pull it out as it got a bit slippery as I worked .

Installed on my 2012 Ford F-350. A little tight but looks great. My steering wheel has four large "spokes" and it turned out to take a little more time to fit. I used "Baseball Stitch" and the whole install took probably three hours. Using a stitch in instructions would probably only take half that time. My bike is 14 years old and the plastic is badly worn. It's a great $15 upgrade that looks and feels more expensive. Installation took about 90 minutes as promised, and while Sean's wheels are a bit rougher than the factory leather wheels, I think they look and feel good. The stitching on the underside of the steering wheel, where the leather is joined by the manufacturer, has some pretty rough stitching, but everything else looks fine. Customer service was great and it looks and feels great but after 3 days, only 5 hours of riding and barely touching the wheel the thread snapped and started to loosen although I a pick used to pull each stitch as tight as I could before tying them into a knot where they met when the stitch was finished. I only did the single stitch method. Luckily it comes with 3 needles and 3 sets of thread, it sucks to do it again but I'll try to figure out how to fix it with cross stitches. I think it's a…
