I loved everything about it other than it being really, really difficult to open. I tried using the little plastic piece that came with it, but it didn't work. I had to use the tip of a pairing knife very carefully, and unfortunately I did put a minor scratch which I was upset about. That's the only thing I would try to change in the design; the clasp.
