My daughter is 4 years old and I ordered 6. The armholes were a little big but I think it's more because she's only 4 years old but she's tall and skinny.

- Fits as described. Very cute shirt for my granddaughter.
Cons
- I bought it for my niece and she is six years old. She's thin, but this shirt is long in the armpits and wide in the shoulders.
