This thumb grip set is exactly as described. I put a pair on my PS3 controller and another pair on my Xbox 360 controller with no problem. The thumb grips fit well and don't move at all, just follow the instructions on the box and are perfect for both sets. No glue and no mess. The construction of these thumb grips is really good quality as they are made of a dense material that offers a very good grip and lasts a long time, which helps me prevent my fingers from slipping off after many hours of gaming sessions.
