Shocked by this book! Insightful and entertaining! πŸ‘πŸΌ

I've heard about those 'poke dot' books before but this is the first we've gotten. This is a pretty cool book for my 2 year old; it's educational (shapes and colors), fun and games (open the valve) AND it's a sensory experience (bubble bursting), all in one boardbook! I'm not a big fan of Blues Clues, but you don't have to be to like it. From my son's point of view, this book is all about finding shapes in everyday objects, and there's a cute puppy everywhere. Whenever you see a blue paw print, you can poke it. There is also a valve on each other side! The bubbles are easy to squeeze and make a nice popping sound. He's really fond of popper toys (like Dimpl by Fat Brain Toys) so it went down well with him! It took him a while to figure out how to pop the bubbles again. Children under 18 months may have a harder time popping blisters. The older the baby is, the better he will understand and deal with the content. A great way for him to practice his language while expanding his vocabulary. His speech therapist saw us reading this book before his appointment the other day and she was really impressed... Highly recommend! It appears to be quite durable so I think that while the blisters appear to be quite thin they will hold up to regular abuse from a toddler. πŸ˜… Hope this helps! ☺️
