Review on 👟 Medium AirHeel Support Stabilizers by Aircast by Roger King

I just received the support and watched the video. I put it on and the thin tube that runs between the two air poles (top and bottom) digs right into my ankle. I've tried moving it around so it doesn't bite me, but I can't get around it. I tried calling customer service who says they are available until 5pm PT even though it was 4:15pm PT. The support rep asked for my zip code to put me in touch with someone in the sales department. I have no idea why the support number didn't offer support after I explained the problem. I called the number she gave me and it's local (surprise) so it was after hours. I will keep trying the braces and will call a local tomorrow. I can also try increasing the size. I will update this review if anything changes.
