I have severe plantar fascia and am about to have surgery. In a last ditch effort to delay surgery after years of wearing orthotics, doctor's trials of prednason, cortisone injections and exercise. I've seen such great reviews about it. It just didn't work for me, maybe my foot went too far. I feel like it would take my weight off my heel but it's not enough to keep me from having surgery. It seems like a well made product and a great idea, but it's not enough for my problem.

I've tried moving it around so it doesn't bite me, but I can't get around it. I tried calling customer service who says they are available until 5pm PT even though it was 4:15pm PT.
