Don't use a template!

If you cut the wall according to the pattern, the hole will be too big! Look carefully at the frame and mark the template where it should be. Mine fit perfectly and I had no trouble screwing it in. People with damaged screws must be doing something wrong or lying. You must use a good Phillips screwdriver, NOT a drill or whatever they used! This usually causes such damage and can damage the thin plastic bezel. 3 stars due to poor instructions/pattern. But I still recommend it if you're careful about what you're doing.
