Although it meets all the specs needed to charge my Lenovo Legion 5 2021 (with Ryzen 5000) at the maximum charge supported by the USB-C port (20V 5A) are required and even the minimum power required when charging my phone ultra fast from another USB-C port, this charger just doesn't communicate properly with the laptop so it never starts charging, the light on the laptop is on on. turned on but it never provides power to charge the laptop. The lack of communication renders this charger unusable for me and that is why I will be returning it. If you are looking for a charger that will support your 2021 Lenovo Legion 5 Ryzen laptop, I recommend checking out the Baseus brand 100W GaN2 chargers. A cheaper 65W charger gets insanely hot, like over 140 degrees Fahrenheit, while charging.
