Works great with Joey's disk network. I have a TV in my bedroom connected via an HDMI cable. Wanted to watch TV with Joey in the basement, but the TV in the basement has coaxial connections. So I connected the RCA cables to Joey's network dish and ran the coax cable down to the basement. The Dish network uses HDCP, so the TV in the basement is an older model. To watch HD channels in the basement I had to unplug Joey's HDMI cable so he wouldn't think he was hooked up to a newer HD TV and now I can watch all the channels on my old TV. . Minor inconveniences: Watch old TV with this product and don't pay for another cable box.
